Most participants should be prepared
to pay only for the cost of travel to/from Baltimore.
As the total amount of conference funds
for travel is limited, priority will be given to inviting
applicants who are prepared to pay at least some portion
of the cost of their travel.
This is not meant to discourage applicants who can afford
none of their own travel cost.
