and click "Submit" button to open Section 2*

and follow instructions to submit an abstract

By August 15 submitters should receive notification
emails from PICES Secretariat
regarding the acceptance of their abstracts (as oral or poster
presentations).*
Session convenors will do their best to accommodate authors'
preferences for oral or poster presentations. The number of
oral presentations accepted for an individual special session,
however, may be limited by the availability of oral timeslots.
Therefore, some of the abstracts might be moved to the Poster
Session. However, some presentations might have a chance to
be moved back to the Oral Session
ONLY IF the Presenter's name is in the list
of potential replacements (please check "Schedule"
page after the schedule is finalized) and the cancellation
occurs.
Session convenors reserve the right to reject submitted
abstracts that are poorly written, do not follow the submission
guidelines, and/or are completely beyond the scope of the
conference. They also have the right to move the abstracts
to more suitable sessions.
*Sometimes
a submitter's server rejects PICES email. Please check "Schedule"
page to see if your presentation has been accepted.
